Our Teaching Staff
The teaching staff have been employed as qualified and
competent persons to care for the individual needs of each child. Each classroom has one or more child care instructors who
are responsible for the over-all daily management of the classroom program. Every staff member is required to obtain the necessary
training in early childhood development and education as required by law. This
includes training in child development, first aid, communicable disease recognition and management, and child abuse/neglect
recognition and prevention. Staff qualifications and staff/child ratios always
meet and often exceed local and state requirements. Our staff is always available
to discuss any special needs or concerns you may have.

The Administrative Staff at WOW is comprised of well-educated and caring adults who wish to take an
active part in providing quality child care and early childhood education for all children.
The administration consists of an Executive Director and assistants,
all of which are available on a daily basis.
WOW also has a Board of Trustees. They ensure the well being of the children and oversee the administration
and staff of the center as well as other concerning issues.
The Board meet the second Wednesday of each month at the center. If you
would like information on becoming a member, contact the Executive Director.
